Q. How soon do we need to book your services?
A. The sooner the better! The sooner you call we can guarantee availability. The months of May through November are our busiest times and are often reserved eight to twelve months in
advance. Dates are on a first come first served basis. A signed contract is the only way to guarantee our services.
Q. Will you play our requests?
A.Yes always! We are also great at reading a crowd. From knowing what type of music to
play and when, along with mixing requests made by you and your guests, you can be
confident everyone will get to hear what they want and keep your dance floor
full.
Q. Can we give you a Do Not Play List?
A. Yes we recommend it! If you don't want it played, we won't play it. Your "do not play" list
is just as important as your request list.
Q. Do you take breaks?
A. Never! You have our undivided attention and non-stop service from your scheduled
start time through your scheduled end time. Each package price includes early
arrival for setup as well as our breakdown time.
Q. Is tipping required?
A.
Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated. A tip would not be a
tip if it was required. Tipping has always been a personal expression
of gratitude for service given and appreciated. The question of tipping
those persons responsible for assisting you in your wedding day is one
of obvious importance and concern.
Q. How many events do you book in an
evening?
A. One. We do not have any outside DJs. Not only are we the owners, we are your DJs. We
believe in offering QUALITY over quantity service! This allows us to focus on
your needs for your special day.
Q. How outgoing are your DJs?
A. Our interaction level can be conservative or outgoing; it is your
choice and is something we discuss in detail prior to your event. We are
only as interactive as necessary to keep your guests on the dance floor and
having an incredible time.
Q. Can we make payments on our balance?
A. We know that the cost of any event can be overwhelming, especially if everything
has to be paid at once. Clients can make payments in
installments. We require that your balance be paid in full 10 days prior to your event.
Q. Do you accept credit cards? Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover via PayPal, as well as cash and personal checks.
Q. Are deposits required?
A. Yes a $200.00 (non-refundable) deposit is required to book your date. This guarantees that we will block out this date for you. Your deposit is applied to your balance; it is NOT in addition to your package price.
Q. Do we need to feed the DJ? We ask for long events where music is played during dinner that something be provided. We will still be at the DJ table available for any requests.
